Slings Essentials is an in-depth course designed for movement professionals, bodyworkers, physical therapists, and practitioners from various psychosomatic fields. It aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of fascia in motion. Central to the course are 12 distinct properties of the fascial system, their roles in maintaining body mind integrity, and methods for consciously training them through a multidimensional movement practice.

Slings Essentials not only provides the 'story' but also answers the 'why' of a holistic fascia-focussed movement practice.
