Workshop Terms & Conditions

 

  1. Workshop sizes are limited. Your place will only be reserved upon full payment and confirmation by Anatomy Trains Australia & New Zealand.
  2. Payment of workshop registration fees must be made upon initial registration via TryBooking. A non- refundable ticket and processing fee will also be applicable at the time of booking (see below “TryBooking Fees”).
  3. If payment cannot be made in full at the time of registration, written application to and approval from a staff member of Anatomy Trains Australia & New Zealand must be obtained. Upon approval, the registration fees may be made via bank transfer or payment plan, to be paid in full at least 7 days prior to course commencement. These payment methods will incur an additional, and non- refundable, $150 AUD administration fee. This cannot be guaranteed and is approved on a case-by- case basis.
  4. Anatomy Trains Australia & New Zealand reserves the right to deny workshop attendance if the registration fee has not been received in full prior to workshop commencement.
  5. Payments of workshop fees are expressed in $ AUD. Exchange rates apply for foreign transactions, at the attendee’s expense.
  6. Workshop fees are inclusive of a non-refundable deposit - $100 AUD for individual workshops and $500 AUD for the Structural Integration Pathways (Part I, II and III).
  7. Once minimum workshop numbers are met, you will receive a confirmation notification via email. Until you receive such notification, please do not book any non-refundable travel, accommodation or other as Bodywork Education Australia Pty Ltd, trading as Anatomy Trains Australia & New Zealand, will not be liable for and not reimburse such expenses. You will receive an environmentally friendly digital manual prior to the workshop starting. Each attendee assumes responsibility for being familiar with the course content, being prepared and contributing to each workshop as required to ensure successful outcomes (including having complete course pre-requisites as required).
  8. Where minimum numbers are not met, or the course can longer proceed due to circumstances beyond the control of Anatomy Trains Australia & New Zealand, new course dates will be provided as soon as practicable, and your booking will be transferred to these new dates.
  9. Attendees are taken to have read, understood, and agreed to the below Cancellation & Refund Policy upon registration and processing payment.
  10. As a result of rising costs and maintaining our workshop prices, the company reserves the right to increase registration fees as required from time to time.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

1. Cancellations of Individual Workshops booked via TryBooking

Written notification prior to workshop commencement is required where you can no longer attend. Registration fees will be refunded as follows:

  • -  Cancellation up to six (6) weeks prior to workshop: Registration fees will be refunded, less your non- refundable deposit of $100 AUD, and less TryBooking processing and ticket fees*
  • -  Cancellation up to four (4) weeks prior to workshop: Fifty (50) % of registration fees will be refunded, less your non-refundable deposit of $100 AUD, and less TryBooking processing and ticket fees*
  • -  Cancellation up to two (2) weeks prior to workshop: No refund will be given

 

2. Cancellations of Individual Workshops booked via bank transfer or Go Cardless

  • -  Cancellation up to six (6) weeks prior to workshop: Registration fees will be refunded, less your non- refundable deposit of $100 AUD, and less the $150 AUD administration charge
  • -  Cancellation up to four (4) weeks prior to workshop: Fifty (50) % of registration fees will be refunded, less your non-refundable deposit of $100 AUD, and less the $150 AUD administration charge
  • -  Cancellation up to two (2) weeks prior to workshop: No refund will be given

 

3. Cancellations of Structural Integration (ATSI) Training (Part I, II and III) booked via TryBooking

  • -  Cancellation up to six (6) weeks prior to workshop: Registration fees will be refunded, less your non- refundable deposit of $500 AUD, and less TryBooking processing and ticket fees*
  • -  Cancellation up to four (4) weeks prior to workshop: Fifty (50) % of registration fees will be refunded, less your non-refundable deposit of $500 AUD, and less TryBooking processing and ticket fees*
  • -  Cancellation up to two (2) weeks prior to workshop: No refund will be given

 

4. Cancellations of Structural Integration (ATSI) Training (Part I, II and III) booked via bank transfer or GoCardless

  • -  Cancellation up to six (6) weeks prior to workshop: Registration fees will be refunded, less your non- refundable deposit of $500 AUD, and less the $150 AUD administration charge
  • -  Cancellation up to four (4) weeks prior to workshop: Fifty (50) % of registration fees will be refunded, less your non-refundable deposit of $500 AUD, and less the $150 AUD administration charge
  • -  Cancellation up to two (2) weeks prior to workshop: No refund will be given

    For all the above: Any workshop cancelled by Anatomy Trains Australia & New Zealand will be refunded in full.

 

TryBooking Fees:

Processing Fee: 2.5% per card transaction

Ticket Fee: $0.50 AUD per ticket/attendee
