Day 2 will focus on how to utilise a Myo-Fascial approach for ‘Competition’ and understanding how we can best prepare the body for maximal performance.

Day 3 is all about the recovery post competition and training, how to formulate active recovery programs and create the optimal environment for healing.

A fun, lively and interactive 3 days ... participants should be prepared to move and explore. Bring a yoga mat, towel, a bottle of water but more importantly a curiosity to be challenged and learn.
