Webinar 1: Intervertebral Disc Webinar

Low back pain is one of the most typical musculoskeletal problems today. Almost everyone suffers from different types of low back pain during their lifetime.

A significant proportion of low back pain, in turn, is due to intervertebral disc problems. Increased sitting is certainly one of the key factors behind the onset of low back pain and intervertebral disc problems.

However, sitting itself is not worth demonising too much, but problems are starting to arise, above all, as a result of passivity and the excessive amount of sitting – sedentary lifestyle. Nor will a standing work station save us from MSK problems.

It is therefore important that every modern coach and rehabilitator is as well informed as possible about the physiology of low back pain, prevention and rehabilitation. Therefore, FPS ™ precision webinars on the most typical musculoskeletal problems have been organised. In these webinars, professionals are offered in-depth expertise in the prevention and treatment of MSK issues.

In this two-hour webinar, a comprehensive review of strategies and measures will be discussed, by which every rehabilitation, exercise and health professional can provide their clients with more appropriate targeted tips and exercise programs, taking into account all the typical musculoskeletal problems of our Westerners at every stage of the process.

Webinar 2: Rotator Cuff Webinar

This is a webinar where AP Lindberg will give you his decades-long understanding of the problems of the rotator cuff, as well as their unfortunate development, prevention and rehabilitation.

Rotator cuff pain and shoulder problems are extremely common with us. More than half of working-age people have shoulder problems and just like low back pain, almost everyone also suffers from shoulder problems in their lifetime. The most typical structure that is characteristically symptomatic in the shoulder area, is the rotator cuff.

In order to truly address the problems of the rotator cuff, either prophylactically or rehabilitatively, it is necessary to understand the effect of overloading and at the same times underloading and their effect to the strength and adaptability of Rotator Cuff tendon structure. In addition to the decline in structural resilience, the failure of the healing process time and time again exposes the RC to injuries, as well as aggravation of previous injuries.

Therefore, this workshop delves quite deeply into the structure and function and patho-anatomy of the tendon and the healing process to understand what is worth doing and what is not.

After all, the structural problems, injuries of the Rotator Cuff, are usually just the tip of the iceberg. Therefore, this webinar also delves into their root causes and looks at the shoulder as part of the shoulder girdle assembly.

The Rotator Cuff webinar dives not only into the structure and function of the rotator cuff, but also into movement strategies and its patterns and training techniques.

The main goal of this webinar is to provide you, as a rehabilitation, exercise and / or healthcare professional, above all the skills and tools to guide and coach more painless, healthier and better performing clients.
